Greatest Growth Statement

My greatest growth in my time at the Dayton Regional STEM School has been in my work ethic and time management ability. When I first started at the Dayton Regional STEM School, I would either put a lot of effort into an assignment and take too much time, or I would take up less time but put in less effort. As time has gone on, I have been able to improve my ability to manage my time, and also improve in the amount of effort I put into each assignment. I anticipate this growth to help me in college by giving me the ability to finish classwork and projects on time with good quality, and to be able to complete tasks efficiently and effectively in my future career.
